For boating lovers the large parking area at the front of the property offers facilities for storing a boat with a public slipway being only a few minutes walk away. You will be ideally placed for touring the whole of Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes being within a short drive and these include historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium Theatre and high street shops. In the evenings enjoy the lovely sunsets directly from the garden stroll the beach or relax in the conservatory. Downstairs offers 3 king-size double bedrooms one of which also contains a single bed. Family bathroom with shower cubicle large corner bath and WC.
