Lovingly restored to a high standard and adjoining the owner's own listed home it is a truly relaxing haven. Entering through a stable door into the open plan living/kitchen/dining area you will find comfortable sofas and a traditional ceramic floor. An open tread staircase leads to two attractive bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bedroom has a brass bed and outlook over the garden, and the twin room was originally part of the old apple store. All the rooms have lovely old pine latch doors. The gardens are a real delight, with a large private lawned area in front of the cottage. Little Wick is quietly located within only a short drive of the historic town of Barnstaple and just a little further to North Devon's spectacular coastline. Many attractions including RHS Rosemoor are also within easy reach. Having discovered this idyllic spot, guests will be reluctant to leave. |
