Boscastle Harbour King Arthur's Castle at Tintagel and Crackington Haven beach are only 20 minutes by car. Enjoy the varied coastline which offers breathtaking clifftop walks sheltered coves to explore long sandy surfing beaches and traditional fishing villages. The Eden Project Padstow and many other attractions are also within easy reach. This beautifully converted barn is arranged with the living area upstairs to take advantage of the wonderful views over patchwork countryside. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with underfloor heating: 1 double with king-size bed en-suite shower room and WC 1 twin (which can be zipped and linked to make a 6' double) and 1 single with a 2'6" single pull-out bed available on request. Family bathroom with shower over and WC. The living area is open plan with oak beams and vaulted ceilings french doors open out onto granite steps down to a patio and spacious enclosed garden. Well-equipped kitchen at one end with cooker fridge freezer microwave washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge/diner has a 37'' plasma TV DVD digital radio a selection of DVD's and an electric woodburner. Ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included.
